Position: Property Lawyer
Job Brief
We are a Real Estate company located in Lekki, Lagos State. We are seeking to hire a property lawyer to provide legal advice and support on a wide range of real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, depositions, financing, and development. However, the successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate law.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Advice clients on real estate transactions
- Represent clients before government agencies
- Working with other lawyers
- Draft and negotiate contracts
- Manage regulatory and compliance-related services
- Interpret laws and regulations for real estate transactions
- Ensure correct approvals are in place before transactions are executed
Requirements
- Strong experience in real estate law and industry
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Good time management
- Attention to detail
- 5+ years of experience in real estate law
- Excellent legal research
- Good writing skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills
Qualification
- A degree in law from an accredited law school
