Position: Front Desk Officer

We need an experienced front desk officer in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, good personality while being perceptive and disciplined. Nevertheless, you should be able to deal with complaints and address issues.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare outgoing mail
  • Monitor office supplies
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Make reservations for guests
  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Comfire guest’s payment
  • Respond to guest complain
  • Checking guests in
  • Ensure rooms are properly allocation to guests
  • Follow rules and policies of the hotel

Requirements

  • High degree of self-motivation
  • Ability to work any time of the week
  • Positive attitude and self-drive
  • Must be friendly
  • Ability to work independently
  • Problem-solving competences
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to use MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Minimu  of 6 years workinf exoerince in a similar role

Qualification

  • BSc or HND in a similar role
