We need an experienced front desk officer in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, good personality while being perceptive and disciplined. Nevertheless, you should be able to deal with complaints and address issues.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare outgoing mail
- Monitor office supplies
- Keep updated records and files
- Make reservations for guests
- Answer all incoming calls
- Comfire guest’s payment
- Respond to guest complain
- Checking guests in
- Ensure rooms are properly allocation to guests
- Follow rules and policies of the hotel
Requirements
- High degree of self-motivation
- Ability to work any time of the week
- Positive attitude and self-drive
- Must be friendly
- Ability to work independently
- Problem-solving competences
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Minimu of 6 years workinf exoerince in a similar role
Qualification
- BSc or HND in a similar role
