Position: Chief Operating Officer

Job Brief

We need the services of a chief operating officer to improve our organisational operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of delivery services to external and internal customers, help scale operations, and optimize efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate organizational growth
  • Encourage staff and train head of departments
  • Provide strong financial assistance for the running of the organization
  • Create an organizational yearly operating strategies
  • Oversee the progress and distribution of financial information
  • Collaborate with Risk Management
  • Help promote company culture
  • Create and implement operational strategies
  • Provides effective  communication channel
  • Manage daily operation

Requirements

  • Knowledge of real estate policy
  • Membership in relevant bodies such as ACCA or ACA
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to motivate staff
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Proven experience as a chief operations officer

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration,  or a related field
