Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members
- Ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines
- Meeting with project team members to detect and resolve issues
- Adhere to quality standards
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing relevant information
- Create effective project communication plans
- Manage the development of user manuals, training materials
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Attention to detail
- Experience as a construction project manager
- Proven experience in project management
- Experience overseeing a construction project
- Ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
