Job Brief
We need a highly competent and self-motivated letting agent to oversee all our letting property in Apapa Lagos State. The ideal candidate we have to manage our property in the Apapa area.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee property listings
- Manage our client portfolios
- Organise repairs and maintenance
- keep up to date with regulations
- Perform financial planning
- Maintain general cleanliness in the estate
- Supervise the development of the estate
Requirements
- Possess project management abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- 3 years proven experience in property lettings
- Ability to coordinate renovations
- Good technical skills
- Well-organized in managing projects
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Miniumu of OND in Estate Management
