The job holder is expected to handle various customer-related tasks and create effective communication with customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create a positive and professional attitude toward customers
  • Resolving issues with customers
  • Monitoring the efficiency of customer support
  • Keep records of customer interactions,
  • Managing customer complaints
  • Respond to customer queries
  • Act as the bridge of contact between the customer and the organization
  • Communicating with customers via several channels
  • Build sustainable relationships with customer
  • Ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of cognate experience
  • Excellent customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be a computer literacy
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to operate computer
  • Must be  between 20 to 25 years old
  • Ability to stay calm when customers upset
