Position: Matron/ Nurse Manager
Job Brief
A private specialist hospital located in Enugu State needs a qualified Matron with nursing experience to oversee the administrative activities in the nursing department.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure nursing care is maintained at the optimum level
- Create work schedules for nurses
- Ensure state and federal regulatory guidelines are maintained
- Work closely with other staff
- Directing nursing staff
- Ensure smooth running of the nursing unit
- Oversee patient care
Requriment
- 10 to 15 years of post-qualification experience in the hospital setting
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid practising license
- IT skills
- Ability to manage patient
- Interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
