Position: Telecom Engineer
Job Brief

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support and fix technical issues such as Desktops, Laptops, tablets etc
- Troubleshoots breakdown
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests
- Providing technical guidance
- Ensure everyone in the plant area complies with set standards
- Optimising telecommunication systems
- Authorize vendor telecommunication BOQs
Requirement
- Minimum of 8 years experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of computer systems
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot
- Must have a data acquisition certificate and be a member of (CSEP)
Qualification
- BSc or HND in Electrical/Electronics, Telecommunication
