Position: Hotel Manager (Day & Night)
Job Brief
A leading 4-star hotel in Lekki phase one seeks to hire a well-motivated and skilled hotel manager to join our delegated team. Therefore as the hotel manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s daily operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ability to manage the hotel successfully
- Liaise with the marketing and sales team
- Increase hotel revenue
- Handle guest complaints
- Ensuring guest satisfaction
- Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel property
- Monitor industry trends and adjust operations accordingly
- Take care of financial performance and ensure profitability
- Oversee the maintenance and the upkeeping of hotel facilities
- Ability to comply with every legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Take responsibility for managing the hotel
- Proven experience as a Manager or relevant role
- Good customer service skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exhaustive understanding of the business
- Extremely honest
- Ability to multi-task
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role
Qualification
- BSc in Hotel management or a similar field
