Position: Account/Admin Officer

Job Brief

We need the services of an account and admin officer to be part of our team. The ideal candidate will have to assist the senior accountant and ensure smooth running of the accounting department.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support in prepare the financial statement
  • Ensure that all creditors’ balances are diligently
  • Implement and approve accounting processes
  • Ensure smooth running of the company
  • Preparing financial analyses
  • Maintaining and reconciling the balance sheet
  • Receied and reply mail
  • Create timely and accurate accounting report

Requirements

  • A high degree of integrity
  • Candidate must be a christian
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Stress management skills.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Minimum of 8 years working experience as an accounts
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • Preferably 22 to 29 years of age

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting or relevant work experience
