Job Brief
We seek to hire a recruitment manager to coordinate the hiring process, update procedures, direct the team, and track metrics. The job holder will have to create sourcing means and implement the interviewing method.
Roles and Responsibility
- Create and implement a recruitment plane
- Pinpoint and solve recruiting issues
- Stay up to date with employment rules
- Review recruiting process
- Attract and recruit the best candidate for our company
- Report on staff performance
- Identify the best job board for the recruitment process
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years experience in recruitment process
- Attention to detail
- Decision-making skills
- Proven work experience
- Ability to lead a team
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Qualification
- BSc in Human Resources Management
