Position: Quantity Surveyors
Job Brief
Adron Homes is seeking to hire a Quantity Surveyor to oversee and make improvements, review plans and prepare quantity estimates. Nevertheless, the ideal person will have solid interpersonal skills in a quantity surveyor.
Roels and Responsibilities
- Visiting various sites
- Preparing quantity requirements
- Liaising with site managers, clients
- Advising managers and clients
- Keeping track of materials
- Evaluating construction plans
- Prepares the Bill of quantities
Requirements
- Must be a quantity survey graduate
- 7 years work of experience in a similar role
- Must be a member of NIQS
- Project management certification is an added advantage
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Quantity Survey
- A master’s degree in the same field is an added advantage
