Position: Customer Services Officer

We are hiring a customer service officer to coordinate customer enquiries and complaints and help resolve issues. However, you will be asked to assist customers in processing orders and escalating issues.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Have good knowledge of your products
• Working closely with a team member
• Process customer requests
• Keep all records of all customer interactions
• Identify customers’ needs
• Revert the efficiency of the customer service
• Create strong customer relationships

Requirements

• Ability to use the computer with ease
• No previous experience is needed
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to respond to various types of characters

Qualification

• Degree holder
• Only graduates with first class need to apply
