Position: Estate Surveyor
Job Brief
We are looking for an estate surveyor to be part of our dedicated team. Your core job is to supervise the organisation’s investment set running with a vision of securing and making the most of leasing profits. Nevertheless, you must deliver top-notch, well-organized and effective property management service.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate as Educators and instructors
- To determine the monetary value of a property
- Assist in creating a master plan for infrastructural
- Act as mediator between the two parties
- Maintaining the real estate facilities
- Function as the estate agents
- Act as educators
- Carry out continuous repair and corrective works
- Advise on various types of real estate investments
- Give recommendations on the best use of landed properties
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be computer literate

- Data collection and collation skills
- Property description skill
