A newly established downstream project needs an HR manager who will direct our human resources team. The ideal candidate is expected to run all HR duties and be above buds. Therefore, to be successful in this role you must have a strong human resources experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment selection
- Maintain pay role
- Create and implement an appraisal system
- Establish a positive working environment
- Maintain staff records
- Work closely with line managers
- Train and coaching staff
Requirements
- Strong Experience in human resources
- Good knowledge of conflict resolution
- Excellent  communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant HMO
- Strong management skills
- Interpersonal skills
- 10 years of working experience as HR
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business admin, economics, marketing, and social sciences
