Position: Head of Finance and Strategy
Job Brief
Welcome2Africa International is a well-known investment company located in Abuja. Nevertheless, its major factors of investment include Maritime, Solid Minerals, Agribusiness and more. Due to expansion in the company, we tend to hire a head of finance and strategy that will manage our finance department.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the Financial department
- Direct profit and cost analyses
- Coordinate the development of the organization Viable Agriculture Fund
- Establish business relationships with investors
- Managing financial allocation
- Suggesting cost reduction
- Supervise the accounting department
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of financial markets
- Strong understanding of cash flow management
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Exceptional leadership skills
Qualification
- BSc in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any other related field
- An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is an added advantage
