Position: Personal Assistant

Job Brief

We are seeking to hire a qualified and experienced Personal Assistant to join our dedicated team. Therefore, the ideal candidate will provide administrative support on a variety of tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for callers,
  • Responding to emails and phone calls
  • ArrangingĀ  meetings and appointments
  • Reminding the manager of meetings
  • Make travel appointments
  • Preparing reports
  • Maintaining events calendar

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Flexibility
  • Proven work experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Diplomacy and tact
  • Minimum of 2 years experience
  • Legal practitioners will be an added advantage
  • Run an excess of different tasks
  • Strong time management skills
