Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Brief

An Institution in Lagos State is seeking a male administrative assistant to manage all our administrative issues. The ideal candidate is expected to have a sound knowledge of preparing reports and maintaining the office filing.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a filing system
  • Responding to emails and phone calls
  • Make proper travel arrangements
  • Support visitors
  • Reconcile with expense reports
  • Schedule and organize appointments
  • Interact with senior executives to manage requests

Requirements

  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Effective time management skills
  • Good knowledge of office management

Requirements

  • HND or BS.c in Business administration
