Position: HMO Manager
Job Brief
A hospital in the Fagba Iju area of Lagos State is searching for a qualified HMO Manager to join our growing practice. Therefore, the manager you are expected to ensure that the HMO is being run suitable manner.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain good relationship with clients
- Negotiate deals and Liaise with customers
- Manage healthcare provider network
- Oversee member services activities
- Managing the core business of the company
- Liaise with the Management team
- Ensure that the conditions attached to every HMO license are being maintained
Requirements
- Good knowledge of HMO Operations
- Leadership skills
- Ability to multitask
- Experience working with a health insurance organization
- Good understanding of risk assessment
- Attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
