Position: General Manager
Job Brief
A certified 3-star hotel fast-growing requires a seasoned general manager to be part of our team. However, you have to direct daily activities and coordinate clerical tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the operations functions of the hotel
- Work with external parties such as suppliers
- Develop an efficient marketing strategy
- Regularly Inspect facilities
- Supervise work at all levels
- Coordinate all stocktaking
- Meeting budgets and exceeding revenue targets
- Ensure that the Management Team is trained appropriately
- Liaising closely with the sales and revenue team
- Control costs to coincide with revenues
Requirements
- Minimum of 20 years work experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Leadership and liaison skills
- Great attention to detail
- Resilience
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to be under pressure

- Good understanding of all hotel management
Qualification
- BSc or HND in management or relevant courses
