Position: Breeder Farm Manager
Job Brief
A highly reputable Integrated poultry farm located in Ogun state is seeking applications for an experienced Breeder Farm Manager with very strong technical production farming skills, strong and effective leadership abilities are a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of poultry breeder farm operations
- Manage daily operational activities
- Direct logistics and supply inventory of the farm
- Ensure compliance with animal welfare
- Planning and prioritization of work
- Ensure general maintenance of all aspects of the farm
- Oversee and manage assigned breeder operations
- Directing and motivating team
- Take charge of all field management activities
- Monitor pullet and breeder flock health
Requirements
- Strong experience in Poultry Breeder farm
- Ability to work in a farm
- Minimum of 8 years experience
- Good decisions skills
- Attention to detail
- Integrity and honesty
- Comfortable handling animals
- Ability to work independently
Qualification
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine BSc, Animal Science and related courses
