A real estate company with its Head office in Lekki Lagos is looking to hire an enthusiastic and proactive individual to assist in architectural works. However, the role will suit someone willing to take up more responsibilities and who is willing to learn and grow.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure work is done efficiently
- Coordinating project processes
- Track projects progress
- Provide solutions to issues on project sites
- Ensure the satisfaction of stakeholders
- Creating of budget
- Create an effective communication channel with a team member
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Periodical evaluation of the performance of the project
- Evaluation of construction bids

- Interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- 3 – 5 years in project management
Qualification
- BSc in civil engineering or any related field
