Position: Estate Surveyor
Job Brief
Obi Udeh & Co is an Estate Surveying & Valuation Firm with Head Office located in Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. property and real estate company with substantial properties in Lagos State wishes to employ a competent, talented and experienced professional estate surveyor to be part of our team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate as Educators and instructors
- To determine the monetary value of a property
- Assist in creating a master plan for infrastructural
- Act as mediator between the two parties
- Maintaining the real estate facilities
- Function as the estate agents
- Act as educators
- Carry out continuous repair and corrective works
- Advise on various types of real estate investments
- Give recommendations on the best use of landed properties
Requirements
- Must be self-motivated
- Ability to make use of Micro soft office
- Must be a registered estate surveyor
- Must be computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Good reporting and writing skills
- Data collection and collation skills
- The ideal candidate must have worked at a top management level
Qualification
- BSc or HND in Estate Management
