Position: Contracts and Commercials Manager
Job Brief

We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity. However, we are seeking a Contracts and Commercials Manager to be part of our finance team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support clients through the legal procedure
- Attending different management meetings
- Provide commercial support to all departmental projects
- Managing organisational relationships with external parties
- Proactive in ensuring the accomplishment of organisational goal
- Directing customers on legal ramifications
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Provide administrative support and other secretarial duties
- Engaging and working closely with external legal counsel
- Monitoring emerging issues
Requirements
- Competence in dealing with others
- Skillful in ethical making decisions
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Good interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 10 years post-call experience.
- Strong commercial awareness
- Must be motivated and dependable
- Good communication skills
