Job Brief
A leading Lagos-based Radio Station with top-of-the-range facilities has a vacancy for the above position. To coordinate the operation of our radio station. Nevertheless, you must take care of a radio station’s business, technical, and administrative aspects.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve the station’s objective
- Increase audience growth revenue and brand positioning
- Work closely with the programming department to develop and execute compiling content
- Track audience feedback and comment
- Coordinating daily operations
- Observe activities to ensure compliance
- Meet the financial goals of the radio station
- Develop sales packages and event sponsorships
- Ensures the station has an online community presence
Requirements
- Proven experience in radio broadcasting
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Time management
- Complex Problem Solving skills
- Good Decision Making
- Ability to motivate team
- Strong leadership skills
- Monitor progress
- Minimum of 10 years in leadership role
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in broadcasting, communication, business administration
- Master degree preference
