Job Brief

PRESCO PLC based in Benin Sapele Road Benin City, is inviting applicants for the suitable above position. We are a fully integrated agro-industrial establishment with oil palm plantations, palm oil mills, palm kernel crushing plants and vegetable oil refining and fractionation plants. Nevertheless, it also has an olein and stearin packaging plant and a biogas plant to treat its palm oil mill effluent. It is the first of its kind in West Africa

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the planning of assigned audits
• Prepare reports with audit findings and recommendation
• Audit various aspects of the business
• Ensure internal control is being adhered to
• Prepare and present reports
• Identify loopholes
• Control the full audit cycle
• Follow-up audits to monitor management’s interventions
• Assess accounting documentation
•  Identify areas of risk or concern

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience
• Experience in managing and developing staff
• Ability to undertake numerous tasks at the same time
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of professional standards of internal auditing
• Ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Be versatile enough to conduct a variety of audits for multiple stakeholders
• Ability to operate a computer
• Strong communication skills
