Position: Project Coordinator
Job Brief
An international consultant requires the following project personnel for 5 years project in Abuja. Therefore, as the project coordinator you are expected to perform different coordinating tasks, such as schedule and risk management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Direct project management activities
- Use tools to monitor working hours
- Act as a go-between with clients to identify aims and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal team members
- Ensure that clients’ needs are met
- Assist in preparing budgets
- Evaluate risks and opportunities
- Coordinate project procurement management
- Direct project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years coordinating project activities in multilateral organization, NGO or government
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Solid organizational skills
Qualification
- BSc in international development, economics, finance, business administration, project management
- Master degree preferred
