Position: Managing Director
Job Brief
A leading real estate development sector company seeks to appoint a Managing Director. Interested candidates with relevant qualifications and experience are invited to apply.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Overseeing the financial health of the company
- Involved in identifying new business opportunities
- Responsible for overseeing the development process from start to finish
- Ensure permits, manage construction
- Work closely with legal counsel to navigate zoning laws
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Have a good knowledge of EFCC/SCUM
- Reporting progress to the board of directors
- Maintaining the company brand identity
- Keeping track of the company’s performance against key performance indicator
Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
- Ability to lead a team
- Motivating team members
- Able to identify the target market
- Good communication skills
- Minimum of 25 years experience
- Ability to establish and maintain a good relationship
- Proven work experience in a similar role
Qualification
- BSc in Estate Management, Economics, Engineering and Social Sciences
- An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree will be an added advantage
- A relevant professional certificate will be required
