Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth operational running of the warehouse
- Manage and document goods receipt
- Managing the warehouse team
- Communicate job expectations
- Maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Good organizational skills
- OND/HND/BSc in a relevant field.
- Strong leadership role
- 2 to 3 years of work experience as a Warehouse supervisor
- Experience working in the FMCG industry is an added advantage
Customer Care Officer
Roles and Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquiries
- Resolving product/service issues
- Upselling related products/services
- Dealing with unhappy customers and handling complaints
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- SSCE / OND qualification
- Minimum of 1-year work experience as a customer care officer
- Solid Computer Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Cashier
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet customers when entering
- Resolve customer complaints
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Receive payment
- Manage transactions with customers
Requirements
- SSCE/OND/NCE in a relevant field
- 1 – 2 years of work experience in a similar role
- Ability to work with a computer
- Attention to deatails
- Good numeracy skills
