Position: Business Relationship Manager
Job Brief
We’re currently looking for a dedicated and reliable person to fill the above position in our organisation on a full-time. This position sits within the business development team based in our Lagos, Nigeria office. However, this role involved building high-impact relationships with universities and learning providers leading to strong recruitment, progression, retention and education outcomes in line with ACCA’s growth and brand goal.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Play a role in the development of engagement plans for education partnerships
- Increase the opportunities to grow ACCA’s business through education partnerships
- Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders
- Build and deliver a plan of business development activity for designated education partners
- Understand the education sector developments
- proposes target universities
- Works with relevant internal stakeholders
- Provide reports on progress through the appropriate reporting means
- Monitor competitor activities
- Ensure a clear and mutually beneficial proposition
Requirements
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proactive and enthusiastic
- Strong negotiation skills
- Highly motivated
- In-depth understanding of financial education
- Ability to build long-term relationships with client
- Excellent networking
- Solid commercial acumen
- Ability to plan and organize work to meet stretching targets.
- Experience working in or with an international organization
Qualification
- A degree with relevant post-graduate qualifications would be an advantage
