Position: NOV Finance Controller
Job Brief
Worldwide Technical Services is a leading Engineering operation and maintenance. We are looking for a NOV Finance Controller, to advise the company management on the finance matters and status of all Non-Operated Assets, and to ensure that all financial decisions of the company are best.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to the NOV Manager
- Advice Management regarding submissions to partners for approval
- prepare company annual NOV budget
- Reporting exceptions to the management
- Monitoring performance and investigation
- Budget ahead of the formal engagements
- Carry out analysis of NOV assets’ financial
- Secure necessary approvals to satisfy obligations
- Attend and stay close to the governance sessions to avoid surprises.
- Engage operating entities for the details of the Work Program
Requirements
- Candidate must demonstrate in-depth knowledge and experience of raising financing from banks/non-bank lenders
- Good understanding of JOA
- Must be a member of a professional accounting
Qualification
- Must possess a minimum of First degree
