Position: Head Customer Service Management

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily customer experience
- Supervise training needs
- Implement appropriate training programs for every staff in the experience centre
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers
- Improve existing service management policies
- Responsible for post-sales customer satisfaction
- Accountable for the design and management of customer interaction
- Direct the service management team for the experience centre
- In charge of all SLA ownership and their defence within the business
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years experience in service management in an experience centre
- Good experience in end-to-end customer technical upgrade and upsell management
- Solid management skills
- Good negotiating skill
- Excellent communication skills
Qualification
- BSc in Business Administration, Economics or other related field
- Possession of MBA certification would be an added advantage
