Job Brief
A real estate firm located in Ikeja is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all building-related activities. Nevertheless, you will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe and well functioning.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise all staff facilities staff
- Coordinate administrative process
- Direct daily operations
- Track inventory of office supplies
- Monitor the purchasing of material
- Collaborating with vendors to ensure adequate supplies
- Ensure diesel supply
- Manage facilities services
- Ensure building facility meets health standard
- Maintain office equipment
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong leadership skills
- 2 years of experience in office management or real estate
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong time management
- Applicant must reside on the mainland
