Position: Office Administrator/Accountant

Job Brief

We are looking for a dynamic administrator/accountant to manage our organizational financial processes. The ideal candidate will have to document invoices, run payroll, and coordinate the flow of cash.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Direct office operations
  • Handling accounting tasks
  • Maintain company records
  • Assist in organizing events
  • Monitor, update and manage project budgets
  • Handle incoming calls
  • Monitor and track experiences
  • Provide administrative support to senior management
