Position: IT Manager
Job Brief
Worldwide Technical Services is a leading Engineering operation and maintenance. We are looking for an IT Manager to join our dedicated team. However, the IT Manager will have to be responsible for the smooth running of the IT component in the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitors network utilization
- Enforcing organization standards
- Direct IT, staff members
- Trouble-shoots and solves problems
- Coordinates all IT-related matters
- Must be able to develop and expand LAN topologies
- Oversee the daily operation of the infrastructure ( Software, hardware, partners, ICT staff and users)
- Coordinating technology installations in the organisation
- Replacement hardware and software, when necessary.
- Implements procedures for network optimization
Requirements
- Has great knowledge of emerging technological trends
- Minimum five (5) years of strategic IT work experience
- Project and time management skills
- Previous experience as an IT manager
- Oil & Gas experience is an advantage
- Proficient in computer hardware
- Leadership skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to Multitask
- Excellent analytical skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a computer field from a top-rated University
