A rapidly growing company, set up to provide excellent and professional high-quality services in Engineering and Technical support is seeking a qualified individual to Technical Manager to be part of our team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate major development programs
- Provide strategic direction
- Increasing, implementing and directing the goals
- Report contractor (3rd party) deviations from the approval procedure
- Maintain competitive products, performance analysis
- Meets project quality group expectations
- Examine and verify that NDT works are completed as per approved
- Managing teams and evaluating performance metrics
- Direct field engineering activities for sales assistance
- Responsible for technical assistance to the manufacturing department
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ experience
- Ability to work in a high-pressure
- Oversee CIS user-testing
- Solid reporting skills
- Ability to manage IT support teams
Qualification
- University Degree, Diploma or Equivalent
- BOSIET, HUET and Technical Certification
