Position: Sales Director
Job Brief
A major property and real estate company, with substantial properties in major cities of Nigeria and Ghana, wishes to engage highly competent, talented and self-motivated individuals for the post of Sales Director.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and explore new business
- Create and channel opportunities
- Advise on the company’s potential
- Create sales strategies
- Continuously seek market opportunities
- Conducts and associates business developments
- Plan in line with the company’s corporate objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of years significant hands-on marketing and sales
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- People management experience
- Proven experience to manage the sales team
- Ability to carry out driving sales initiatives
- Strong selling presentation and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to build strong collaborative business partnerships with partners
Qualification
- BS.c in Business Administration, Engineering, Social Science or any other relevant field
- Other relevant post-graduate degrees will be an added advantage
