Position: Sales Director

Job Brief

A major property and real estate company, with substantial properties in major cities of Nigeria and Ghana, wishes to engage highly competent, talented and self-motivated individuals for the post of Sales Director.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and explore new business
  • Create and channel opportunities
  • Advise on the company’s potential
  • Create sales strategies
  • Continuously seek market opportunities
  • Conducts and associates business developments
  • Plan in line with the company’s corporate objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum of years significant hands-on marketing and sales
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills
  • People management experience
  • Proven experience to manage the sales team
  • Ability to carry out driving sales initiatives
  • Strong selling presentation and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to build strong collaborative business partnerships with partners

Qualification

  • BS.c in Business Administration, Engineering, Social Science or any other relevant field
  • Other relevant post-graduate degrees will be an added advantage
