Roles and Responsibilities
- Â Ensuring efficient utilization of resources
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Manage and supervise the workforce
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improving profitability
- Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to mitigate potential risks
