Position: Senior Commercial/Business Director
Job Brief
We are a leading Business group with an interest in the key sectors of the economy in Nigeria and beyond. Therefore, we are in search of a Senior Commercial/Business Director with outstanding FMCG, manufacturing or construction backgrounds and well-rounded in business areas.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies
- Lead and develop an operation team to support sales strategies
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and profitable growth
- Create policies that promote company culture and vision
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance
- Coordinate relationships with partners and vendors
- Recognize and explore new business and channel opportunities
- Build operations strategies and plans in line with the company
- Stand in for the company in negotiation with the public
- Position inclusive goals for performance and increase
Requirements
- Minimum of 20 years of significant hands-on marketing or commercial experience
- Experience in FMCG marketing
- People management experience
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle the pressure of working in a dynamic environment
- Must be result-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Critical thinking
- Strong selling and presentation skills
Qualifications
- BS.c in Business Administration, Social Science
- Post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage
