Worldwide Technical Services is a leading Engineering operation and maintenance. We are looking for an Operation Supervisor to join our dedicated team. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be in charge of the Operation and Supervisor, you are to manage the operations of the company.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing training and guidance to the operational staff
- Adherence to safety protocols
- Monitor and enforce quality standards
- Manage equipment resources efficiently
- Collaborating with project managers
- Manage the day-to-day operations
- Maintain strong accurate records of daily operations
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Conduct regular inspections
- Increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- Strong technical Knowledge
- Solid construction understanding
- Experience in maintenance procedures
- Proven experience as an Operation Supervisor
- Good knowledge of safety regulations
- Knowledge of process control systems
- API Certified Operator
- Leadership skills
- Ability to inspire teams
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Process Technology or a related field
