Director of Administration
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee facility and technology infrastructure
- Manage the acquisition, rental management, and stakeholder liaison
- Smooth the progress of organizational growth and impact
- Manage all aspects of implementing facilities projects
- Deliver strategies that will ensure the best processes
- Ensure procedures for allocation operation
- Continuously leverage innovation to deliver quality Admin system
- Provide support to the business in a consistent manner
- Build and drive the plan for space optimization
- Supervise procurement strategy
Requirements
- Operation and maintenance management
- 20 years of post-qualification experience
- Candidate must not be less than 45 years of age
- General administration skills
- Utilities and energy management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required
- Strong problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Estate Management, Architecture, Business Administration or any other related field
Facility and Admin Officers
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure offices are fumigated frequently
- Maintain good ambience
- communicating with contractors
- Directing staff on maintenance issues
- Ensure that buildings and offices meet environmental health safety roles
Requirements
- Strong problem-solver
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Estate Management, Architecture, Business Administration or Social Sciences
