Position: Technical Sales Manager

Job Brief

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to be part of our team. However, as technical sales manager, you will be responsible for designing, selecting, and selling our commercial HVAC equipment. Nevertheless, you will also be responsible for managing and developing our engineering team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Directing sales team
  • Promote sales of the company brand
  • Sales analysis, follow-up and market intelligence
  • Increase and retain customers through strategic relationships
  • Sales follow-up and give reports
  • Site visit to assess project quotation
  • Calculation of cooling load estimates and HVAC design
  • Contract documentationn
  • Customer order management
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the manager

Qualifications

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or thermal engineering
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the engineering field
  • Knowledge and Application of air-conditioning systems
  • Professional Certification is required
  • A post-graduate degree would be an added advantage
