We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to manage our media house’s operations and procedures. However, you will lead our team of high-performing professionals. Nevertheless, you will have to maintain control of the business operations. Therefore, you are expected to be an experienced and efficient leader.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Direct and handle the daily business operations
- Working closely with heads of department
- Spot areas for process improvement
- Provide reports of daily operations to the CEO
- Analyzing internal operations
- Oversee capital investments and expenses
- Evaluate staffs performance
- Promote company culture and vision
- Implement business strategies and plans
- Set up comprehensive goals for growth
