Position: Accountant
Job Brief
A reputable Farm located in Southwest Nigeria urgently needs to recruit a qualified accountant to oversee the financial needs of our farm business. Therefore, you will need a strong knowledge of the accounting principle to keep track of all transactions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement an efficient account system
- Prepare financial reports
- Tracking income and expenditure
- Recording all financial transactions
- Manage all cash flow
- Providing financial advice
- Prepare payroll journal
- Working closely with other departments
- Ensuring appropriate internal controls
- Ensuring that financial records are accurate
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a farm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Practical accounting and exposure to agro-allied
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Experienced in working with Tally accounting
Qualification
- Minimum of HND or BSc in Accounting
- Professional certification in accounting will be an added advantage
