Position: Relationship Manager

Job Brief

Our client is a wealth management and investment advisory firm established and incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and specialising in the provision of tailored wealth management solutions for high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients while leveraging long-standing relationships with international partners.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Discuss new products with clients
  • Resolving client issues
  • Identifying clients’ needs
  • Have deep knowledge of company products
  • Upselling and cross-selling products
  • Approach potential customers
  • Create strategies and work with clients
  •  Promote and maintain company image
  • Preserve relationships and communication with other department

Requirements

  • Strong experience in sales or customer service
  • Possess a 100% sense of ownership
  • Strong corporate behaviour
  • Sound judgment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Candidate must be a strategic thinker
  • Must be an excellent communicator
  • Able to work with sales and marketing teams
  • Results-driven and customer-focused
  • Must not be above 30-45 years of age
