Job Brief

An International School located in the Mainland and Ajah area of Lagos State is recruiting for the position of Secretary. As the Secretary you are to presume the duty of administrative to maintain optimised workflow.

Roles and Responsibilities

  •  Arrange meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and disseminate memos
  • Transfers call to the proper individual
  • Answer phone calls
  • Manages and updates school calendar.
  • Takes dictation and transcribes documents
  • File employees information

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written skills
  • Ability to be flexible
  • Possesses basic computer skills
  • Maintains professional
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently

Qualifications

  • Degree in Secretarial Administration or its equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
  • Excellent computer and secretarial skills
