Position: Human Resource Officers

Job Brief

A private multispeciality Hospital in Abuja is currently looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of  Human Resource Officer. Therefore, You will direct all administrative tasks and you’ll be a factor in making the company a better place to work.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Retain employee records
  • Implement onboarding plans
  • Recruiting staff
  • Arrange staff training
  • Monitoring staff performance
  • Advise line managers
  • Deal with grievances
  • Dealing with staff welfare
  • Analyse training needs  for staff
  • Implement effective disciplinary procedures

Qualifications and Experience

  • BSc and HND preferably in business administration, management or social science
  • 3-5 years of relevant HR experience gained within a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations
  • Professional approach, coupled with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle sensitive information
  • Good working knowledge of (Microsoft Office suite Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
