Position: Architect
Job Brief
We are a group of companies with an interest in construction, project management, SME business development, and consultancy with a Head office in Abuja and operational offices in Lagos, Ogun state and other Southwest states including Akwa Ibom state.
However, we are desirous of engaging competent and qualified Architects to fill the vacancy position. Therefore, for you to succeed in this role you have to collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver functional and visually appealing designs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collect project specifications
- Identify clients’ needs
- Creating detailed drawings
- Control project from start to finish
- Writing and presenting reports
- Creating building designs
- Visualize building structure
- Cost estimation
- Site visits and meetings
- Ensure works are carried out to specific standards
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc in Architecture from a reputable higher institution
- 3-8 years of proven experience in the field of architecture
- Higher proficiency in space management
- MSc in project management will be an added advantage
