Position: Front Office Supervisor
Job Brief
A Nobel Hotel is currently in need of a front office supervisor to fill the space. We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. The front office supervisor will be primarily responsible for efficient and smooth operations, producing excellent feedback, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibility
- Must have a good customer relationship
- Providing assistance to guest
- Keep the hotel lobby area inviting
- Communicate with other hotel staff
- Ensure all customer service standards are met
- Giving administrative assistance to fellow employees
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep them
Requirements
- HND/BS.c in hospitality management or related disciplines
- Must possess an excellent interpersonal relationship
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the hospitality industry
- Must be a computer literate
