The Cooperazione Internazionale is an Italian humanitarian non-governmental organization, that aims to assist most poorest countries to improve their access to healthcare, food and security. Nevertheless, Cooperazione Internazionale has fit into place in breaking the cycle of poverty and acting in response to specific emergencies in many divisions.
Such as Humanitarian Aid, Food Security, Water, Health, Socio-Economical Services, Disaster Risk Reduction, Human Rights, Migrations and Sustainable Energy, Education and Training.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and advice
- Capability building to enhance team skills
- Direct all centre human resource departmental
- Advise in areas where needed
- Build up staff appraisal management system
- Keep up staff development initiative
- Evaluate the recruitment request
- Control the allocation of human resources budgets
- Build any other HR policies according to the organizational necessity
- Examine COOPI Nigeria’s mission of Human Resource policies
Requirements
- Proven leadership skills
- Fluency in English
- Good presentation skills
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Good understanding of national labour laws
- Capability to work in a stressful environment
- Experience in the usage of computer system
- Excellent skills in handling and advising in people management
- 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in human resources
- Competence to develop and effectively direct interpersonal relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, social science or any related discipline
